Paperie Z Boutique
Our products started as client holiday gifts for EnZed Design, our creative studio. Due to fabulous “test market” feedback, we thought they’d be perfect for the stationery and gift store market. We hope the creative flair of these paper pleasures strikes a chord with you too. Here’s a little more about our quality, philosophy and background.
Tried and True
We hand assemble and pack our products. Quality control is our highest priority. If you receive a damaged or flawed product, we’ll replace it asap. Our products are primarily printed on recycled paper—many with 100% recycled fiber content—by FSC-certified printers. These recycled papers are made and printed in the USA. (Not all stationery products can claim the same.)
The To Do Ta Da! notepads are a top seller, for which we’ve fulfilled customized orders for client events as well as brick-and-mortar retailers. We added a second pad with four new quotes in 2018. The CurliCues are also a sell out in stores. EnZed’s business savvy, attention to detail, and focus on making clients happy over two decades was a solid a launch point to venture into the retail market.
Meet EnZed Design
Established in 1996, EnZed Design is a graphic design studio specializing in the printed page or anything dimensional that has a surface to cover. (A few projects even had wheels.) About a decade ago, their team started creating promotions for a local printer including gift wrap kits, greeting cards, reversible file folders and unique notepads. They now have an extensive library of all-occasion patterns (available for licensing). They consistently seek out beautiful papers and use specialty printing techniques such as metallics, letterpress, laser etching, engraving and diecutting.
Meet Helen Young, designer and owner
Helen is a traditional print designer, beginning her career with the Swiss grid in Chicago and has ventured to Colorado where she’s designed for 20+ years. Her professional passions are color, paper and pattern and she is enthralled by anything with “amazing texture,” skilled typography, as well as unusual office supplies. She maintains an active client list and crafts and promotes EnZed’s line of paper products. Her philosophy: “Design must be engaging, clever, beautiful and functional. And include a screen tint of chartreuse.”
