Paperie Z Return Policy

We hope you love our products but if they aren’t the perfect fit, let us know. Sometimes it’s necessary to return an item or exchange a damaged one. Our goal is to give you that generous scoop of happy with every interaction.

Damaged or Flawed Items

Items damaged during shipping or flawed products will be replaced with new stock. Contact us with your concern. We will determine whether we require those items to be shipped back to us for inspection or if they should be recycled. We’ll review and send replacement items generally within 15 days.* Free shipping, of course.

Exchanges and Returns

If you desire to exchange an item for a different product, we’ll honor the value of the product for 30 days, if it arrives in original condition. Contact us with your request. Replacement items will be shipped within 15 days once the return is received.

If you change your mind about a product, we will accept returns of products within 30 days of the shipping date. As long as they are fit for resale in the original packaging, a credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Wholesale Exchanges

Retailers: get happy! You may exchange items for products that sell better for you. Contact us with your request. In most cases, we’ll honor 100% of the wholesale value if returned items are fit for resale in the original packaging. Wholesale exchanges are honored within 60 days of original order shipping date. However, you pay the shipping costs for the returned items and replacement items.

Wholesale Returns

If you change your mind about a product or quantity, we will accept returns of products as long as they are fit for resale in the original packaging. Contact us with your request. All returns must be made within 60 days of original order shipping date. Returned items will be purchased back at 50-80% of wholesale cost.

  • 50% of cost will be reimbursed if the product is sound but the packaging has a price tag that is not removable without damaging the packaging or the packaging is dog-eared, smeared or otherwise damaged.
  • 80% of cost will be reimbursed if the product can be immediately sold as is—no price tag and the packaging is in perfect condition.

Shipping Returns and Exchanges

  1. Email us at hello {at} enzeddesign {dot} com indicating what you are returning and why.
  2. Place a printed copy of your order in your return box or padded envelope with the product(s). Be sure to protect the items well as returns or exchanges will not be honored for items that are not fit for resale when received—bent, dog-eared, smudge, wrinkled, etc.
  3. If you do not have a copy of your order, please include a letter listing the items you are returning and why. Include your name, company name (if applicable), address, phone number and email so that we can process your return.
  4. Send the return using the carrier of your choice to:

Note: Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are not reimbursable. Import/Export duties and taxes are not reimbursable. Replacement products or a reimbursement will be sent in approximately 15 days* of receipt of returned items.

*Timeframes noted are based on items currently in stock. You’ll be notified if an item is on back order.
